Just wondering if there is any intrest in all us old folks getting together to hang out and drink some beer or sake or ( insert other ideas here)?

haha. Well, is the point of a 21+ outing to do 21+ activities or is it simply to hang out with other people that are over the age of 21? ^^

Edit: July 30th? Maybe. ^^ That's a couple weeks away still.

Well, Saturdays in general wouldn't work for either of us. (Unless it were in the evening, then I could do it). Fridays work better for me.

For Chan, she works until 9:30 from Fridays to Mondays.

Wow both of those not good for me,
but then I am tired all the time from baby growin, and I tend to be in bed by 10
But go and have drinks that I can't have.
I don't thing I will be about to drink until like a year from now....wow thats a long time

I've been told that there's a great sushi place near Aladdin's Theatre; I believe the name was something like Sobaro's, or something like that.

I would love to go drinking with some of you. A sushi place or restaurant with a bar would be nice. That way if some people didn't want to drink there's good food. But I can't do anything until August though, since I'm leaving on Saturday (unless we did before Saturday, but yeah right).

A friend and I are probably attending Ground Zero and/or Portland microbreweries in the Northwest section of town the night before the con. Message me if you want to join, also the whole Kumori-con weekend is my friends' bachelor party.

Just to toss it out there, the Kennedy School is a great brewpub/restaurant/and $3 movies theater. For anyone unfamiliar here’s the website.

It’s a nice place to congregate and BS. Sometimes they have a geek trivia night too. Not sure when the next one is tho. Anyhow, just a thought.

I would recommend this for a geek trivia night!!! (Hopefully, they'd be better at it than the guy at the Applebee's in Orchards...)

I'd go if the booze was provided for without having to pay. I wouldn't mind throwing back or just kicking it with people my size, I just don't have the money or job to fund myself.

One thing I could suggest is the $5 free play night at this next Wednesday from 5 Pm to 2 AM at Ground Kontrol on 5th and Couch downtown. Now the $5 I could probably scrounge up, but I wouldn't be anywhere close to buying food or drink.

On that note, I could ask my girlfriend if she wanted to come along also. Just need to know the details and when everyone would be running home. My baby lives in Gresham and I'm in Sherwood. Totally opposite ends of the bus lines.
