if I remember right, the 12 comes from NE portland and runs down to the bus mall.  from there, you can walk down to jefferson (like a block from where it's going to stop) and then walk down to 3rd (about 2 blocks)... or, you can take the 12 to Hollywood TC and catch the max down to Pioneer Courthouse Square, walk to Jefferson (again, a block or so) then walk to 3rd.  Either way, it's about 5 blocks.... it's just a matter if you want to ride the 12 all the way in, or take the max.

correction, it's going to be about a 7-8 block walk either way.  but, it should be nice weather... so enjoy it.

http://www.trimet.org has a trip planner... you give them your address, put in the destination, and it will tell you how to get there.  =)

*TV/radio newscast weather report* (anchorwoman voice) In todays forcast we have beautiful blue skys, slight chance of partly clouded skys in late afternoon.... Did i just hear thunder? I'm sorry! It appears we have a thunderstorm swiftly moving in and a good chance of sudden showers.......*TV/radio fuzz, then sudden loss of power*

Talking about Oregon weather? We get thunderstorms when the sun is still out! 8O

I was outside today Jumping on the Trampoline....and it began to rain...then it was sunny. Then I heard thunder....it was sunny...no clouds...for a minute....then hail....I cried because there was a rainbow that wasn't right...the middle color was black because it was so confused by Oregons Retarded weather, Black was followed by 8 different shades of gray and Apocolypes....I love Oregon

yes yes, I know it's Oregon.  I've lived here all 23+ years of my life and I know how the weather is.  I'm just saying, this weekend should be nice.  Think positive.  But Bring an umbrella.

If you don't like the weather in Seattle, just wait 10 minutes.  It will change. ^.^;

So Oregon actually sounds stablecompared the earthquakes, tornados, wind storm's, and random acts of rioting. ^.^;
No, I'm not insane.  I'm just... happy.

lol... Portland was lovingly called Little Beirut bye a former president if I remember correctly.  It is by far one of the most politically impassioned cities on the west coast... I mean, who else has horrid WTO riots, and fills a Coliseum for Michael Moore?  Oregon has been marked as the most secular state in the union...

Weather... it's more stable than Seattle... Politics... it's far less.  Heck, at least we're not California with their "come with me if you want to live" governor.

of course hamsters drop coconuts... if you want them carried properly you must use swallows.

1:Ah yes, it could grip it by the husk!
2:No it's not a matter of where it grips it, but a matter of weight ratio, a 3 ounce bird could not carry a 1 pound coconut.

So.... uh.... anyone on the West side going to the meeting? I could really use a ride out of Portland to the 57 bus line. I don't trust the MAX to get me to work on time.
