Need a costume comissioned quick!

the best picture of the outfit I need finished before april 20th is at the following link.

If you have time for references from episodes, fairy tail episode 59 (near end) and 67 are probably the best references (most of episode including opening).

I'm willing to spend up to $150, though would prefer to keep it around 100-125 if at all possible.  Please let me know soon!
