I regged literally at 10:30 at night the last day before the price jumped. Think I'm gonna try not to cut it so close next year. XD

I've signed up for staff again this year (back in October, I believe...).

Now that I think about it, I've never gone to Kumoricon as an attendee, just as staff.  It's great, though.
