So...As most of you probably know by now, I'm moving to Redmond after Christmas.

Thus, I want info...and friends. ; 3;

Who all lives there? What is there to do there?
And above all else, where is it easy for a college student to get a job...?

You can go explore Peterson's Rock Garden. lol

It isn't that far from Smith Rocks. Go rock climbing.

It's closer to skiing than Portland is. I think. At least closer to dryer snow anyway.

You could go stalk Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Fouts over in Sisters.

Drive to Bend and hang out with all the displaced Californians, drink fru fru coffee drinks and and eat goat cheese pizza.

You could find out where Waffles went to. Haven't heard from him in a couple of years.

I go there for breaks. I lived there forever.

Bend is where there's stuff to do. I always go to the bowling ally to play DDR and downtown is super cute. They have a good tea place there, I forget what it's called though.

Just saying, in Bend there is a VERY yummy place to eat, called the Pine Tavern. They have really good bread and honey butter.

And I've been to a few Goodies' candy shops in Bend. They have awesome candy and yummy icecream. And if you are interested in cute stuffed animals, they have a whole bunch there.

Go to downtown Redmond (though it isn't very exciting)
Go to High Desert Cosplay meet ups?

Central Oregon is one of the most boring places on the entire planet. I wouldn't live here if I didn't have to.
