So I've come to realize that pretty much all the girls that have cosplayed Wendy(or that work as her at Disney Land) if a majorly off color for the dress. It's to vibrant and dark. It's suppose to be much paler. They also use a super shiny material which urks me. :<

I think I'm going to do Eilonwy.

First off, she's freaking adorbs:



Second, dress is fairly easy to make. Not that I would do crazy ballgown princess anyway, no matter who I did (although I gotta tell you, Tiana's green wedding dress from the end of the movie, man... it's a good thing I'm not Black, or I'd be even more tempted), but still. It's simple and cute.

Third, being her would be dicking fun. She's like the Luna Lovegood of Disney (She says things like "If you don't listen to what somebody tells you, it's like putting your fingers in your ears and jumping down a well." What does that even MEAN?), and she's wonderful. And if could rassle up a Taran? And a stuffed pig for him to carry about? Even better!

Also I have a wig that might just work for her. Even if not, I love Eilowny, and she needs more love. And we'll probably get a Belle. For me, it'll probably be between Eilonwy and Kida for a while, simply because they're two of my favorites, yet no one remembers them. :/ God I'm such a Disney dork. If I could do a convincing Robin Hood cosplay, that's what I'd do, but fursuits+me=no. Although... maybe with a makeup job like Fox in There Will Be Brawl...

So, the wonderful Taikei came over yesterday and we were messing around and she actually thought of a great idea. I have mini masks of Lock, Shock and Barrel and she put one on her head like Sora's mask in KH.

So, if we can find someone to be Shock, we might be doing the troublesome trio at least for the photoshoot ^^
Not sure if we'll do the actual costumes or our own designs, but it's something!
(Though, I should make sure Savanah actually wants to do it >>)

Make a superlong wig out of a blend of blonde synthetic wig fibre, golden silk, and those really thin LED light strands.

And it's a against the rules to cosplay a disney character at all(even with a full group) at Disney land or Disney world. They do not allow it what so ever. But you can get away with Casual because the outfit isn't copy righted and they're less likely to notice you're dressed up as that character.

I think it would be better to do the ending dress! It would be more original, stand out, and bonus that it's more accurate to the movie ^^
Probs have to improvise the end of the dress, but I don't think it would be overly difficult to imagine.

I guess that's safer, but she could easily commission the other too. Plus, you can tell the commissioner your envisions on the parts of the dress that are uncertain or your preferences on what you DO NOT want the commissioner to do on "unknown" areas. Most commissioners are fine with that so long as they don't have to do lots of changes once started or half way or have some creative mind in the creation (everyone is different). It shouldn't cost you extra either.
Also, I'm sure people will recognize, but if not, there's also other indications you could have like have a stuffy Pascal on your shoulder or have a Flynn with you, whether in normal outfit or ending sequence outfit.

I'm just saying, obviously you've made your decision though, which has its good points, but I think it would have been cool to see the other dress just cause I don't think I've heard of someone making that dress in particular yet ^^
