I've only been to one cosplay meet up and I wasn't very familiar with the anime, so I wasn't very active but I thought that maybe if I knew more people around the Portland area, with the help of Cloudstrife32 or whatever Amy's username is, we could set up a kind of meeting. This is partially because of all the awesome people I've HEARD about on the k-con forums but haven't met, because my memory for names sucks... Plus it would give me an excuse to get out of the house and hang with friends. What does everyone think? Good idea? Bad idea? Totally obvious that I'm a noob idea? Oh, and is Joey/ Cloudy up for it?

That way it gives people a little time, in advance, to see when/if they're free.

I would defiitely come! Especially if it is at the Lloyd center. One of my favorite meet-ups was there. It's inside, so we don't have to worry bout wind and rain. As long as it is on a weekend?

It's by my school so it's pretty easy to go on week days, but I don't mind going on the weekends!

Okay! So it seems like everyone so far, has agreed with meeting up at the Lloyd Center.

Is there a preferred date an time, everyone would like?
Would a Saturday or Sunday, would better then a weekday?

Would meeting up about noon or one, be good? Or should the time be later?
Please don't say earlier, because I'll probably bring my cousin and Jennifer know's how hard it is, to get her up early.

And as for a date... How about sometime in October?

Oh! Whoa! And where about in Lloyd Center, should we meet up?
By the ice rink? Food court? Some other familiar place?

Yeah, but getting to that 'inside' can be dicey. Can we try a lower-crime area? I got my car vandalized at the Lloyd center; MAX has problems with surly characters harassing passengers along that stretch; in-between there and West Burnside up to Powell's/Spartacus (maybe even to Zupan's on NW 23rd) is pretty much 'concealed carry country' to me.

@Cloud- I think somewhere around the 2nd or 3rd week of October sounds good. As of time and location, anything is good with me, as long as the time isn't around in the morning

@Prinz- I understand what you mean. Today some ppl from another school trashed a car at the Double Tree Parking lot and used a stink bomb at the Lloyd Max Stop. Police were over there like wasps..... -_-;;
