Registration question

Ok! I read the sticky at the top of the forum..
But I wanna be sure I got this right. xD;;
So, at 4pm Friday, they will open the pre-reg check in. Is this just for people who don't have their badges yet?
Or can ppl who already have badges come and get like..the clippy for the badge and stuff? o.o Just wasn't sure exactly what it was...

And at 6pm, that's when registration for people who haven't registered yet starts? My cousin still needs to buy her pass. x3

Ok, so fri, day 0, they will b opening checkin for all who have pre registered to check in. I'm not sure if it's for people who haven't registered at all yet. And yeah, we go there and get our little "clippy" pouches.

PS- love that word... clippy. totally gunna use it all weekend now.
