Pre-Regestier Problem!

We just recently pre-registered my friend for Kumoricon, but now we’ve hit a BIG issue.

She and I pre-registered her online, and right after it gave us the message “thank you for your purchase” the window shut down and we weren’t given the opportunity to right down the purchase number. (Don’t you just love technology?)
But, we shrugged it off, thinking an email would come with all said information. Here’s where things get complicated, the email never came.
Of course, as I paid with a debit card, I have proof of purchase, but I’m not sure who to consult on this and what to do from there. Can someone please at least point me in the right direction?

I'm mostly responding to this so that Pyro will see, or anyone with access to the system to make sure the registration went
through correctly.If it did in fact charge your card its a safe assumption the info got to us...

explain the situation and they will look into it!
