Do kids under 12 get half off?

We have kids in tow. Do we have to pay FULL price for them? Seems like there's no provision for that when we try online registration and payment via Paypal.

Sorry, there is not a discount for children ages 12 or under.  Last year, though unofficially, we did not charge for infants or toddlers (i.e. children 3 or under).
