okie dokie. so I ordered this wig from hellocosplay riight? that was in like the end of may. I just checked the sight *con is close* and it says PROCESSING. I emailed the people and nobody has replied _20 days ago_. does anybody know what to do? And has anyone else suffered the lameness of PROCESSING?

Ahh, yes. Hellocosplay takes forever, and then a day. I ordered a coat, my Organization 13 jacket actually, and it took close to two and a half weeks for it to get here. I didn't check the "con is close" button (didn't know they have that.. huh) but Hellocosplay takes a long while. My coat is amazing though, and it was worth the wait.

Have you tried talking to someone there? I've tried though.. sorry I'm being all bipolar. I think, you should try to get a hold of some customer service guy. If it leads nowhere, I'd start looking into another wig.

My current costume which I ordered from them still is not ready and I ordered it 2 months ago. When i talked to them, they said it would be sent out end of july. Little did I know they were talking about the boots that I ordered from them too. My first costume I ordered only took them 5 days to process and ship so I was hoping this one would be the same.

does anyone know how to cancel orders with them, or ANY idea how to contact them? emailing them is a joke, and at this point im ready to yell at someone over the phone. roid-rage style?

I have contacted them multiple times and usually got a response the next day. Just go to their site and do contact us then there should be a page where you just type in what you want to say. I know with my costume they already offered me if I wanted to cancel my order I could get a refund but I still want the costume so I declined.

I always did B and included my order number. And I just woke up today and got an email from them saying:

dear customer, thanks for your order. we are sorry to inform that the second costume you ordered can not be made bacause of some meterial shortage. we are sorry for that, we will refund your payment for the costume in 5 working days. sorry.

If you still need a wig in time I heard that www.epiccosplay.com is a great place. A lot of my friends go there and it says free 3-day shipping somewhere on there, so you'd still have it in time.

Their stuff... I just feel like I've seen their pics used all over the web. Not sure if that's them ripping others off or the other way around... but they don't have good reviews on cosplay.com
