Both lol I would like to make one. I did get to go to the Jrockrevolution one and we watched videos from a laptop on a projector. I don't have that kind of equipment but if someone could get it I have tons of J rock videos to show people. I also have lots of J rock magazines and some posters to show(not sell)

I would say the first thing to do is show up at a meeting or e-mail programing to make sure there isn't a;ready a pannel, and for equipment I am not sure but the con might be able to help with that,

Thats really cool you have all that Gackt stuff. I would love to show some Gackt music videos. Ok I will send a email and try to show up to a meeting. I think there is one this month. I think the girls said last time the con was able to give her the projector. I will have to just ask around if this comes together. So do you like any other bands? I wish I could just have my own room and show music videos all day, but I'm sure that would cost money. They have the karaoke room and movie room last time I went. I wish they had a J rock/ Pop room.

The next meeting is in beaverton right next to bus lines so it is really easy to get to.

other stuffz I like, not necessaryly jrock are hyde I have seen him in concert twice, vamps, l'arc en ciel orange range, Pillows, High and Mighty Color, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Nana Kitade

. I think the more help I can get the bigger this thing can be. When J rock revolution had their meeting only about 20ish people showed up. I think it was way less then that but I don’t want to be wrong $:-\$ . Oh I also have a lot of An Cafe CD/DVD/posters. This can give us a chance to show people our hobby. An cafe and Alice nine PVs are a must. I will make a list of stuff I have and get a list of what you guys want. We can then chose the best PV's to show people.

Shorturuha I didn't go last year. Sorry they didn't have one. Well I hope to make one this year for sure then

Ok superjaz thanx for the info. Ya I drive too and live in Hillsboro so Beaverton is no problem. I just hope I don’t have to work on that day. Oh and all the bands you named are very good. I know them all and would love to show any of their PV's at our J rock panel

. All Japanese music is amazing. Like I said I wish I could just show PV's all day.

This could be interesting. I'd like to know about some of the more, um, "underground" Japanese rock bands. Like, what's out there besides the usual names and the visual kei genre..

Well the bands I listen to are a mix of contemporary and older Jrock groups, although I rarely listen to visual Kei stuff, too much flash and no enough substance in my opinion.
My favorite groups are as follows:
The Alfee, quite possibly one of the longest running bands in the scene today
T.M. Revolution/Abingdon Boys School, He's just fun to listen to.
The Pillows, Face it everyone loves The Pillows.
Asian Kung-Fu Generation, another fun group to listen to.
Psychic Lover, They mostly do OPs and EDs for shows but they will be stuck in your head for weeks.
And lastly but my all time favorite
JAM Project, If you want music to make your life seem more exciting just by listening to it, then JAM Project is your group.

We are on Panel! I hope to make this J rock panel enjoyable for everyone. I will start next week updating my PV(music video) Collection. I will be playing Dir en grey, Miyavi, Gazett, An Cafe, Gackt, Sug, Alice Nine, Ayabie,Versailles,LM.C,D, Aicle, Kaya, Zip.er and many more. If you have a fav Music Video just let me know and I will try my best to get it. I will make a list for myself on what PV's I will be playing. I will also bring posters to share and talk about Personal concert experiences. If you have questions they are more than welcomed. I will give my best answers. (: I you have no clue about J rock are interested please come. Many bands will be shown and they all are a different flavor of J rock/Visual kei.

I'm happy you can make it. I think trivia would be fun. I hope to give a basic understanding to people on what J rock is what visual kei is and who are the main stars of this type of music. Gackt is one of the many J rock Gods lol
