Yah, I'm trying to get back into shape for K-con as well. I've gotten too much tummy pudge again. -_- I'm getting back in shape eventually though. I started working overnights doing stocking at Target about 5 days ago. I've lost like 7 lbs already. I'm down to like 158, and I'm a bit more toned than before. I'm trying to reach my ideal weight of about 150.

Well, I've lost 10 pounds scence starting it. xD But then again, I haven't really been eating very much either... ^_^ But yes, it does! It dones your muscles... but sometimes it's very very very hard to follow, beacuse I A) Have no beat, and B) Have not so great balance. xD
^_^ But yes. I also like doing old 90's workout tapes that my mum has. xDDD The fashion of the 90's...
