2010 May 16 General Meeting

Our next general meeting will be held Sunday, May 16, at 1:00pm in Beaverton, OR at the Beaverton Resource Center.

Location:

Beaverton Resource Center
Large Community Room
12500 SW Allen Blvd
Beaverton, OR 97008

General meetings are open to the public. Meet and plan with other staff, join staff or become a volunteer, and learn about open staff positions. Bring interested friends!

ugh, if any one needs a ride several cars will probably be heading up from klamath falls so if your along i-5 and need a ride i may be able to help out.

I'd been hoping it would be on the 15th, as I believe that to be the date of the next Orycon meeting. Hm. Can't afford to go to both; might end up going to neither....We'll see.

Beau, if you see this: As soon as I know if I can go (I now work on Sundays), I will probably be texting you to see about potentially getting a ride. Thanks!

Heh, I could walk there. so with that in mind.

WHO WANTS A BBQ AFTER THE MEETING????

Ok, so my pool wont be ready, and i will be having a Yoji BBQ later this summer. but why not have a bbq after the meeting. Any staff member is welcome to come. All i ask is to bring some food. I will supply non alcoholic drinks and a small amount of alcoholic drinks (YES I WILL CARD YOU)

Please rsvp me via PM or let me know at the meeting.

I wont be able to make it to this meeting. -__-; work called me to travel to FL for the weekend. I wont be in OR till the 18th. So boo work! LOL. I am going to miss you all!. <3

How long are the meetings generally? I need to know if my ride should find a place to park/stay in the area, or leave and come back.

The meeting itself is normally no longer than 30 minutes... but the breakouts afterwards can last a bit longer... depends on what you need to do and say I suppose...
