1: you find out your bleeding and your first thought is "OMG DID I GET IT ON MY COSPLAY?!"

2: you have a cosplay room... i.e.: a place where you sew, paint, dye, and anything else related to makeing cosplay...and your friends and family know not to go in there for fear of thier sanity.

If you greet your friends with "Ohayō " instead of "Hi" - You might be a cosplayer

If all your books are read 'back to front' instead of 'front to back' - You might be a cosplayer

If instead of saving for a car your saving for a serger - You might be a cosplayer

If you know what a BJD is and have one in your house - You might be a cosplayer

If you are angry because none of the local schools of dance teach the Hare Hare Yukai - You might be a cosplayer

If you view Home Depot as a source of fashion accessories - You might be a cosplayer

If you wear contacts for something other than vision correction - You might be a cosplayer

you ask someone where they bought those pants because they look perfect for your next cosplay.

you memorize a few quotes of the character you play so you can be even more like them.
