I'm fat. Don't want to be fat. Want to be 170 pounds like I'm supposed to be. More adorable like that. Ayase doesn't have handles. Having wisdom teeth removed should help with that, as it will suddenly stem the flow of bacon, corndog, and other things I can't eat. Also going to abuse the hell out of Jaytee's dance pads.

Just thought it needed to be made public. Cause if it's made public, you lot will humiliate me about it, giving me a drive to improve myself.

Muscle weighs so much more than fat... so if you were a body builder you'd way like... 300lbs!!!
You'd also look kinda scary but thats beside the point...

Healthy is as healthy does, and if you like the way you feel and you don't act sad and fat, then people
will see you confident and awesome despite any extra pounds that may or may not be empty carb filled

Weight's not an indicator of anything, really. One can be skinny and unhealthy or fat and healthy. I'd choose to be fat and happy over skinny and scary any day *_*

Maybe try being a vegetarian, or even a vegan. Vegan's have to make nearly all their own food so you'd know how healthy it was.

I'm 6' 210 lbs. I don't have moobs. Nor a keg. It ain't a 6-pack either however.

But since I learned I became a diabetic, I have been paying particular attention to portion control. Like I read the amount per serving on the package, and figure out how many of them I can have to get to about 60 grams of carbs, and call it a snack.

I eat more often, but not to the point where my gut hurts from pounding all that food into such a small space.

Exercise, I mow the lawn, even in winter, vacuum the house, do all the heavy lifting for the buckets of water for the aquariums and houseplants, pull weeds. But somehow I can't make myself go for walks this winter. But I do have a lot more stairs to climb at work! wheee.

For females the shorter you are the more you have to weigh. I don't understand it either but I've got the Blood Donation Requirements sheet in front of me as we speak/type.

4'10 - 146
4'11 - 141
5' - 138
etc etc

I think it's because if people are short and weigh very little they'll be low on blood or pass out or something. Damn, I don't know.

For males too actually but their's is much less stringent.

4'10 - 120lbs
4'11 - 115lbs
5' or taller - 110lbs
