Anyone need housing in Eugene?

If things fall through with my roommate I'll have a small bedroom available in a lovely duplex with not only a living room & dining area but also a huge den with a fireplace, & a very large yard for gardening. Price negotiable. I have one young indoor cat & one fishie.
