In need of colored prescription contacts! Any help??

Does anyone know where to get good colored contacts?

I'm gonna be cosplaying as her for K-con and sadly, my hazel eyes won't be working too well. lol.

Only bad thing is that I need prescription contacts, since I have horrible vision.

i believe you can put colored contacts over your prescription lense

That's not really a good idea.  I've actually had this discussion with two different optometrists, and they both said the same thing.  You should try MiriaRose's idea with the cosplay.com link.

never do this. EVER.
I've heard many horror stories about people damaging their eyesight this way, one girl even went blind for 4 days because of it.
The reason you're not supposed wear contacts for very long is because they block oxygen from your eyes, layering contacts double these effects and are dangerous to wear for more than an hour.

Have you tried circle lenses? They come in perscription and they make your eyes bigger and more anime like. http://geoeyecandy.blogspot.com/2009/11/prescription-lenses.html

Huh. Those both look good. lol. I might go with the circle lenses? I just don't want to get like a crazy amount of red contacts cuz I don't want to freak people out. XDD

even though I have blue eyes I might consider getting a pair of those for my disney cosplay. Disney characters have such huge eyes! 
Has anyone seen an American/European wear those? Do they help?   You always see them on Asin people.
