6 something - meeting started
we talked about CLUB meaning, Mascot(s), CLUB colors and theme, Rank system, fee, things CLUB can do, CLUB's Declaration. and got off topic a few times. ^^;
8 ish - started Slayers
8:30ish - Meg had to leave

CLUB now officially stands for
Cha Leaves Ultimate Bunka
(Tea Leaves Ultimate Culture)
- Cha (the mascot) leaves Japan (Ultimate Culture) to go to America
- Tea leaves and Tea are CLUB's theme items
- Cha (the mascot) leaves Bunka (the male mascot)
- Ultimate Bunka (what Bunka calls himself.)
We have two mascots, but the main one is the girl.
Her name is Cha. She has layered black hair with a small bun and golden eyes. She wears a black Wa Lolita dress with golden tea leaves pattern on it and a green obi. She also has a red tea leaf comb in her bun.
The other is a male red haired obi, who only wears a tea leaf covering the right spot. He always has a club with him.
We thought it'd be fun, so our mascots have their own little story. Cha leaves Japan (the ultimate culture), to get away from Bunka. That is just the start of the idea. It will grow a little every meeting.
The Ranks are
White Tea - Very low rank ( 24% or less active )
Green Tea - lowest rank ( 25% to 49% active )
Oolong Tea - middle rank ( 50% to 74% active )
Black Tea - highest rank ( 75% to 100% active )
Where you are on the rank will be based on many factors.
1: Meeting participation
2: Event participation
3: Fundraising participation
4: Charity participation
5: Donations made to CLUB ( May it be manga or anime for the Library, money, things to use at Fundraisers, Charities, or Events.) How it helps your lvl will be judged by all Black Tea members at the time.
Fee - Each Meeting has a 25 cent fee! hehe. a quarter. It adds up. Event Fee, if you are not helping run it, will be decided upon the event.
The CLUB Declaration (Might add on as time goes by or edit.)
Article One: Help bring a good name to people who enjoy Anime and the Asian culture through charity work done by CLUB
Article Two: Recruit new members, or just make new anime fans, through CLUB ran events

1,000 Cranes for Make a Wish. (goal is to make Cranes at some event and sell them and give the profit to Make a Wish, the goal being to make a total of 1,000 of them at the event.)

Cultural Festival (which can include Gold Fish game, food, plays.)
