So who is planing on doing Naruto next year.... I am doing another team 7 person... and it Sasuke... Sakura might make a small appearance though on one of the days!

Date: Sunday
Time: 11am
Location: Directors Park

ATTENTION! If your character exists in a different form in both the original series and Shippuden I need you to specify which version you will be. If you don't specify I will put you into the original series. I can always fix it if you tell me later, but I'd really prefer to start you off in the right list. Thanks.

And I kinda have to agree with Soundy. Unless you can easily pass for that age, you really shouldn't try to do it.
I admit, I am gonna be cosplaying a person from the pre time skip and I'm gonna be 17, but I'm only doing that because I'm supposed to be sorta chibi-like and cute...

I don't know why, but post-time skip cosplayers that are the age of pre-time skip characters bug me, but the other way around doesn't.
Maybe I feel like the original Naruto is going to dissipate and there is only going to be shippudden on people's mind. I LOVED the original, and I'm not so hot for shippudden!

I'm finally attempting my first cosplay. I had ideas for Genin Sasuke, but since his fanbase is overwhelmed by his haters, I've decided to attempt a character I could relate to more: Gaara. He's like Naruto, but he doesn't have his name in the tittle, so he isn't the default character favorite.

I have only 1% of him done (red hair wig), but it's a start. I hope to find parts for the clothes and gourd before next K-con.

Just some unasked for opinion... do genin Sasuke rather than Gaara. I've seen more Gaara's than Sasuke's, perhaps because of all the Sasuke hate. Though there was this cute little boy that did Sasuke this year.

If you DO do Gaara, I saw someone make the gourds out of papered-mached Chinese lanterns, and the effect was wonderful.

That is sort of true...But you see Naruto is a anime that is extremely detailed and long. It is a EPIC Harry Potter kind of thing. Masashi is made him stronger through shippuden with more advanced jutsu such as the Rasenshuriken... But once the anime gets to the SAGE MODE arc which is really close. IT WILL BE AWESOME..Otherwise.

There are a lot of bad Temari's that have long hair and then just leave their hair in long pig tails instead of making them buns. If your hair is long and you don't want to cut it that is one way to go. That is what I did...though I need to get a wig not =/
