@Sound- I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking about making a base out of carboard and putting poster board over that BUT I want to make them actually light up. I'm not sure if I should use reflective tape or actually make circuitry lighting for them. One of the guys in my boyfriends band is an electrical engineer so I'll probably try and talk to him and see what he thinks the best way to go around it would be.

@Brock- WHAT?! WHAT IS THAT ANDREW? YOU ARE GOING TO AX?!?!?!?!?!?! THAT MAKES ME SO HAPPY! YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!!!!!!! I thought no one I knew was going to AX, ha ha ha. I actually got scouted into a group that is trying to get all the Kanto and Johto trainers for the Pokemon shoot there. They already have a Brock though D: I'D MUCH RATHER HANG OUT WITH YOU THOUGH BECAUSE YOU ARE WAY COOLER. Yeah, if you wanna try to snag a spot in that group though let me know because there are a crap ton of characters open AND YOU ARE AMAZING.

@Seluecos- HELL YES I SHOULD. I want to make Marsh Badges to give to SWEET ASS TRAINERS as well.

@Starryshay- Yay~~~ I'm excited people are happy for it. When I was little and first got into Pokemon, Sabrina was my fav gym leader. I would make up dumb stories about me training under her to be her predecessor. (I WAS LIKE 11 THOUGH AND RETARDED)

I need to start my gijinka soon too lol
I think I'll do a dark green sweater with a beige stripe, and dark green sweatpants, then mod some gloves (green as well) and put claws on em. Then I want to make awesome slippers with claws
I plan to go all out and make my first cosplays as awesomely well made as physically possible.

@Griff: you should put LEDs under some thin red plastic, that way when you light em up, it'll light up the plastic, I could help you wire it all and what not too.

I think you could achieve his spikes better with the second one, but the first wig looks more accurate for color. I don't know...

And no worries, the photoshoots are fun. Last con was my first photoshoot and everyone was very nice and welcoming. :3

Anyone who's actually styled wigs may have a different opinion, but I might go with the second if I were you. The length may be more accurate with a little trimming (or not, whatever would work the best), and the color, as Nightmare has stated, seems to be more accurate.

Thanks, I was definitely leaning towards the second wig, since I want to be careful with the length since its my first time actually styling a wig with spikes, plus I've bought from that person before, and they have really nice wigs.

we got my gloves and hat for my gengar done today, and we are going to be working on my pants either tomorrow, or tuesday.
I designed my own Gengar, because i didn't like any of the ones i found.
