Please, as a favor from me to you: If you intend on bringing someone(s) PLEASE let me know. I DO NOT want to have to keep track of people I never knew were coming; I.E. Sisters/brothers/friends they MUST fill out a form to be recognized in the list. Also: DO NOT BRING WEAPONRY OF ANY SORT, this includes and not limited to: Pocky swords, katanas, keyblades, guns, et cetera. Props are most welcome. If your prop falls under the 'no weapons' please let me know as I will be more than willing to reason with you.

Since the last tea party was fun, not to menchin a success. I'm deciding to do another one. This time with less restrictions. I ~~think~~ KNOW I can do it. Anyways, what i would like to know if anyone would be up for this?

When: 8-13-09 [AkuRoku day]
Where: The Rose Gardens
Time: Noon - 5?
What: A TEA PARTY honouring Axel and Roxas [Dur du dur hence why it's on AkuRoku day]
Why: I feel like it.

I'm deciding to lift the age restriction, as well as the number of people to attend is being raised from 20 to 30, so that way more people, both old and young can enjoy this. I am also saying, that this is cosplay friendly. I.E. you don't have to come in your fancy shamncy prom dress or other formal atire. As it is, Cosplay is highly encouraged. I am hoping that there will be a good turn out like last time.

I would recomend a nice cosplay, not something you just threw together. You don't have to cosplay though. [I.E. a poorly done 'naruto/bleach/FMA/Inuyasha et cetera.' character. Or a poor OC]

Pokemon Gijinka welcome as well.

What are we doing you ask? Well, it's a get-together, and we'll take pictures of course. I WILL bring apples to apples this time [forgot it last time cause I didn't know where it was XD]. I'll also try to find music of sorts but that is doubtable since I don't have an iPod or speakers muchless. I might bring my laptop, we could watch some anime, though I dunno if i wanna lug kei around. I will also try to bring foodstuff.

Here's what to bring:
Tea [duh, it's a tea party] I would say bottled tea, so we don't have the same problem as a hot water dispenser like last time.
Snacks/food
Blankets/sheets [that way we don't ruin our cosplays]
Cameras

A bottle of water for yourself

I will be bringing my sketch book so everyone can doodle in it, provided you'll have to bring pens/pencils for yourself.

:3 Another thing, Jason, please don't bring 'the bucket' unless it's being used to transport food/games/and other things of the like. Also, may I see pictures of your 'modern inuyasha/sesshomaru' as I must deem them as 'nice cosplay' or 'poor cosplay' there will be a contest for who has the best cosplay. Prize is to be announced.

Answer 1: If this takes place in a garden and it's a tea party not a picnic or convention, there wouldn't be a need for a bucket to chase after and battle over the prize inside. I'm instead doing a Dragon Ball hunt at K-con, it's smaller and more people can play at once.

Answer 2: I'll post some pictures as soon as I can. Until then the base description is Inuyasha's hair and ears, or Sesshomaru's hair, fluff, and facepaint wearing a business suit or tux. Simple and clean ne? All my other cosplays need restoring or completion, so I have to roll with what I have left.

If anything that is all I'm bringing. No weapons, no distractions, nothing to slow me down. I might bring a smile or two though.

And I'm doing the same for the Shinra party also.

@Jason: We are bringing our own tea to be shared: Bottled tea, since there is no water heater provided. I stated that in the first post under the list of things to bring. We had a problem with this last time, so this is the solution.

@Heather: You can ask them if it's alright, do you babysit on thursdays too? thought it was a weekend thing.

Regardless of whether or not I can bring some tea along, I'll still enjoy the party with what i can bring. Though I'm bringing a DS with Mario Kart, the pokemon on my only Pearl are far from posing a challenge in battle and thus, not worth using.

don't baby sit thrusday adn the kids are being droped off at liek 7 am then they will pick them up after the game they are haveing that be around 2ish or earlyer. i cant take the twins with becuse theri not bring the stroler and im not carrign two boys around XD anyways if i do go its cool and no not doing anything thrusday but then i have the twins agian saterday so stop on by my hous eof you want fallon ill be there if you rember how to get there if not call me kk <3 u all ^^ and if i dont make it well have to meet anouther time adn ill make umm weird cute uke sounds for ya XD
