I decided officially I'm going as Shiki Misaki from The Worlds End With You along with my boyfriend who is cosplaying as Neku Sakuraba. =D I was just wondering if anyone else was thinking of cosplaying as anyone from The World Ends with You game. ^^

I'll probably be Neku, and two of my friends are gonna be Konishi and Sho on saturday. It's sad, my Shiki's way too busy to cosplay her this year ;u;

Hm, I wasn't really planning a photoshoot though that would be cool. ^.^ The Reaper game sounds like fun though, where is it going to be? Also I'm not very finished with my Shiki cosplay as it is sort of complicated, and I have no idea how I'm going to do Neku for my boyfriend. I was thinking of either purchasing the outfit, or getting my friend to make it cause she is good at that stuff while I'm not really.. xD

A bit late, but I'll be going as Sho myself, probably on the 5th. That Reaper's Game sounds like a lot of fun - If my coat is finished by then (and it's not too hot!) I'll try to be there!

I will be cosplaying Joshua or Rhyme. :3
Joshua seems simple, so I figure I'll go as him if I can't fix my Rhyme shirt in time.
It's sad I won't have accurate shoes for Rhyme, though. ;-; Maybe for SakuraCon!~

We need a photoshoot. :3

Well, I'm sort of almost done with my Shiki cosplay.. Sort of.. XD My sewing machines being stupid as I can't seem to figure out how to put a new needle in as this metal thing that holds the string fell out and such. I just need to make Mr. Mew and make the yellow hoodie thing also her necklace which shouldn't be too hard. Oh, and my green skirt, though I just need to sew the green fabric to my skirt. ^^

Well we could do a photoshoot. ^^ I don't mind one, I think they're fun. I'm possibly going as Shiki all three days though I also have my Mai cosplay ready as well from Pheonix Wright. Though if I dye my hair, it might be a tad difficult to get it brown again.. o.o Also I ended up buying some boots and a skirt for my cosplay so now I have only Mr. Mew, the hoodie, her necklace, and her wristband to make. ^^ Hardest will be the hoodie.. o.o Now only if I could get my stinking bobbin threaded right.. >.<

Except sadly, my shirt has pockets. ;-; Macy's was failing at gray short sleeve shirts.

Ah, I'm so happy I finally got my cosplay finished sort of. My friend is making me Shiki's yellow hoodie and other than that I have everything! Problem is, my sewing machine sucks majorly and keeps knotting the back of things instead of looking nice and clean so Mr. Mew kind of looks bad.. ;.; But I hate my sewing machine so much I figured I just have him the way he is. He's ok, just not the greatest.. XD Also my boyfriend forgot when the con was so he has no Neku costume ready, so unless my friend makes one or something I have no idea what he's going as.. ^^; He said he might go as a giant Mr. Mew for me though.. XD

It's nice to hear cosplays getting finished and all that. I'm at any cost going to complete my Kariya cosplay. I still need to paint the ribcage on the hoodie and cut out another wing with my new exacto knife, then I have to paint the wings black and attach them to my hoodie. Luckily they're really lightweight so it shouldn't be too much trouble. I'm also trying to make the belt/chain hang thing he has, but with con coming so close I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it. We'll see~!

This is why you shouldn't procrastinate on your costumes

_{of course, I didn't have to make anything new for the con, so I can't really talk *u*}

As for the thread knotting in the back, if's most likely the tension on your machine. Try tightening the top tension. It could also be the bobbin tension, but trust me, you don't want to adjust that by yourself, it's really easy to mess up *_*;;;

I'm not completely sure, but maybe Saturday in the afternoon/evening, after the Final Fantasy shoot up until the Hetalia PJ Party. I might also wear him on other days if I get too sweaty or whatnot in other costumes. =3
