Contest link on front of website?

If my understanding is correct, there used to be
(a) a major link on the left-hand side of the front page of the KC website, and
(b) a subsection of the forums devoted to contests,
but,
I no longer see either of these? (Sorry if I somehow overlooked them?)
As someone involved in an area of programming that runs a lot of contests, I do consider these integral (*inwardly smiles at first KC '03 cosplay from Hellsing*).
Please reinstate them...or direct me to them, if they're already there? I need our fanfic rules to be up asap, and rules for other contests would follow.........Thanks and much love!

The Contests section of the forum was reorganized awhile back, explained in this post.

Some pages, including the Contests page, hide or are reshuffled at various times of the year depending on how much content there is. Fanfic rules have been posted in the Documents page in the section with the other programming info, and a dedicated Contests page is in the works (see the email I sent you).
