Author Topic: Meetup sometime between July 12 and 17? (Read 8075 times)

So here's the deal.

My girlfriend (who lives in Canada!) is coming down on July 12 and staying until July 17. She's a regular Kumoricon attendee, but she never gets to go to any meetups or anything because she lives, like I said, in Canada, which is sort of a downer when all this stuff is happening in Oregon. So I was wondering -- who wants to do a meetup sometime that week? It's a Sunday through Friday thing, but meetup days ideally would be Monday through Thursday because of travel .. and I'm open to suggestions for location and whatnot!

Yes? No? Maybe? Lobsters?

[edit]: Thought maybe I oughta make a note -- fandoms that will be represented include Kingdom Hearts, D.Gray-man, Gundam 00, and Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

I'm not sure but I got the impression that she meant that the majority of people will be cosplaying from those series.

oslapedo: Nope! It just means that if anyone is cosplaying from any of those series and wants canonmates/a photoshoot, this would be a good time for them to do that.

Nichole: I don't know! Haha. She was at Sakura-con as third-generation Allen (DGM), and she was at Kumoricon 08 as .. lots of people.

Right now I'm thinking the waterfront, with possible migration at a later time for purposes of picture-taking.
