Hope it's not too early to plan a picnic during the Rose Festival. Basically the same as last year.
Assembly at the fountain is at 2:00. By 2:30 or 3 we will head out with as many as we have and go as long as people can stay. I will be coming as Red the Ninja so that the group and I are easy to spot.
If at final count, no one is able to show, then I'll still go myself and enjoy waterfront village.

I would be up for that. As long as we did it a Friday or a Sunday.

Alright then, how about June 5th or the 7th? Or the 12th or 14th, before or after the beach trip? Beause this next weekend I'm camping Friday to Sunday.

June 5th wouldn't work for me. I am going to a graduation that day. But the 7th might work ;D

I'll come meetup with people. Taking a break from working on final projects would be nice.

My vote is for the 7th. I would probably end up working on the 12th and 14th

Well here's another idea. The 7th is a good day, as one of the last days that the village is open, but IZ heard also that this Sunday is costumes get in free day. So people that can't make it to one can come to the other. I'll be dropping in from an Amtgard campout on Sunday so I'll be coming as a pirate.

there is a birthday party this Sunday so I am going to be going to that.

What time will it be? I won't be able to go on Thursday if it ends before 3:30 because I have class.

I just found out that I won't be back until Sunday night or Monday morning. Next Thursday the 3rd it is then, I'm thinking at 1 and then people can vanish when they feel like it.

I have school and so will LOTS of people. Until school is out your best bet is the weekend.

Then *takes a deep breath* the 7th at 2 PM, starting at the fountain? I can see now how hard it is to plan an event on a day that fits, where "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one."

Sunday right? I can probably come to say hi at least. I've never been to the Rose Festival so this will be exciting.

Sunday is the last time to get tours of the ships. So that might be on our list of things to go to. But it will be a group consensus on where we go.

To those who have read but not posted, the meeting is still on as planned. The two that have posted their intentions have withdrawn. I will arrive at 2:30 and wait until 3:00 for anyone else, then start walking around for a couple hours.
