Like all general meetings, it is open to the public. General meetings are intended for potential and current staff and volunteers. There will be department reports and news updates, and breaking into groups where people can meet and plan.

I'll be showing up to this meeting hopefully and dragging Jeff with me, I definitely need the distraction during the weekends now. On that note I'll be coming out of the Milwaukie area so if anybody needs a ride I got 2 or 3 seats for anybody around needs it.

As suggested at the last staff meeting, I will be conducting a short AMV making clinic during the breakout session and then showing some AMVs in the theatre.

That's exactly where I'm coming from and I certainly could use a ride. (I don't mind biking to Gresham, but Vancouver's a little outside of my comfort range for a meeting) Check your PM's.

Sorry to post this the day before the meeting. It's been a hectic couple of weeks lately.
Since the meeting is in a different location this time, I'd like to recommend that everyone park in the Green One parking lot area, especially for those of you bringing equipment. You can still park in the Red 3 area, as we will be having an entryway available for you guys from that direction, too. We'll be having some signs set-up as well to make navigating easier.
See you guys tomorrow!!! :D

Anyone in Beaverton willing to take the Pocky and my video camera up to the meeting tomorrow?
Vallie is not feeling well and won't be able to drive that far.
Sorry about the short notice. :-\

Leashy is going to be filming for me, yay.

Both videos were filmed by Leashy! Thanks Leashy!
