The March general meeting will be held on Sunday, March 22 from 1pm-5pm at our hotel:

The meeting will be on the 23rd floor.
At this meeting there will be special elections to fill vacancies in the positions of chair, and director of operations.
Like all general meetings, it is open to the public. General meetings are intended for potential and current staff and volunteers. There will be department reports and news updates, and breaking into groups where people can meet and plan.

This is the Hilton itself right?
I'm guessing it's in the same building that the last election was because I don't think the Executive tower is that tall.

We may or may not be able to make it. It depends on the Baby. He is due April 1st but who knows what might happen. lol

Yes, the main building. I don't know the room number yet, but if it's not immediately clear where to go from the elevators, we'll post signs.

It should be the area that was a restaurant previously. All that is up there is guest rooms, the old restaurant and the 'Boardroom', which is waaaay too small a space for us.

Note from the Breakout session:
Since next month's meeting will be at Clark College,
I will host an AMV clinic and possibly a mini-show in the projection theatre during next mont's breakout, so bring computers questions, tips, DVDs to gloat about & share, etc...
