There is a park behind my house if you want a quite neighborhood. If not then we can go to the park next to Lloyd. I would suggest the waterfront but that is around the time of all the festivals.

I was thinking maybe Westmoreland Park Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard. Portland of course. I went to that park all the time when I lived in Portland. It has beautiful scenery and a tennis court XD

Also the park behind my house has a bunch of trails and is next to a river and a nice woodland area as well as a meadow area. And depending on the amount of people we could always go back to my house. But I am cool with whatever.

and there are trails all through the forests. Also there is more to the left but in order for you to see some detail I had to leave it out. On the left there is also a trail that leads to this sweet waterfall which would be great for pictures ;D

Seattle Cosplay monthly meetup thing. A bunch of Seattle fags get together and Cosplay and take pictures. It's a bunch of drama usually, but if you stay out of it and do your own thing with your friends it's fun.

Photography as a hobby. I know there's a lot of photographers with quality cameras that go to meetups in Seattle and take photoshoots for free. But there aren't too many down in Oregon, or at least not well known ones.

I think he is lying to you. Because it takes 3 hours just to get to Seattle, so I doubt he works an hour away from Seattle. And if he worked in the other direction, towards Salem then he would drive right past it. Just sounds like he doesn't want to drive you. If he was really making a two hour commute to work everyday I imagine you guys would move closer to his work.

I can give you an address where you can be dropped off and not deal with much of the traffic. I personally think that would be a lot of fun, there are rides, games, food and what not. And then we can go hang out in the park for pictures or to get away for a bit.

The problem that I can see is that it would be busy....and I am not too sure how they would feel if people where in really elaborate costumes...but a Turk outfit or most Kingdom Hearts costumes would work...something that can be normal but not very noticeable. I mean it would suck to get all the way there and not be let into the festival....but we could still hang out at the park ^_^.
And if that doesn't sound like too much fun we could always go to a different park.

well the festival is over three days....so we can go any of the three days.

The balloon festival is a good idea. The first day of the festival is the best I think because if you buy a bracelet, you get full access to the rides, the other days you have to buy tickets. I'm not sure how much that would matter if people are worried about wigs but I thought I'd just point that out.

my parents and I are going out to washington to check out a dog from the same breeder that gave us freddy..... on memorial weekend.. and yeah... the first weekend in june might work

I think I may end up test running the Twilight Town costume I am working on. I am very excited with this and I would love to try it out. I don't think the boots will be done in time but the jacket and skirt will be ;D

halls have lots of chemicals in them. Cold-eez is the best for you, though it doesnt taste the best. Thats what my voice teacher said

benadryl works really well. the tongue strips. it even releaves itching from bug bites... yup yup. mommy has allergies and i get bug bites and it helps us both
