Title: Mario Kart: Drift!! tournament

Racing is important in a racing game, sure. But in the Mario Kart series, showing off excellent drifting is even more impressive than the race itself! Like a DDR tournament for show, I think it would be awesome to have some people rate a tournament based solely on the best drifting. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! is the best game for this, because the racer(s) has control over the drifting boost rather than having the computer control a racer's drifting depending on the speed and counter-steer angle...

I mentioned a Mario Kart: Drift game to Nintendo, but they said there was no game like that in the works yet! At least I got a reply ^^  (automated or not?)

That sounds like a great idea!  Definitely something to look into.

I'm also not sure why I've never seen a Mario Kart Battle Tournament.
