Hey y'all!
Here are the minutes from the February meeting.

Please post any corrections in this thread. If any are made, we'll ratify the changes at the next meeting.
Thanks!

In the part about Mike stepping down, you should list it as Beau Gentry, not merely refer to him by his last name only.

I'm amazed at how much got said and done in how little time.
Moving March to Portland for election turnout was logical. Is a location yet determined?
Thanks for the minutes!
I will let folks in the_creation_station@yahoogroups.com know that an Art Show Coordinator is sought.
Just out of curiosity, is a count taken only of the # of staff present, and not of the total # of attendees? Perhaps this is recorded only to verify quorum? But perhaps it would be of utility, for planning future meetings year-round, to note in what months and/or what locations we have fewer or a greater number of overall meeting attendees?

To my knowledge when we are taking a staff count at the beginning, it is for the purposes of determining whether or not we meet quorum. If the rest of the board doesn't disagree, it might be nice to implement your suggestion about seeing how many attendees/others interested in K-con that come to the meetings.

Hmmm- when I try opening up the PDF, I just see a big white page. Maybe my Adobe Acrobat is fail?

Which version do you have?
Oh, and I've gotten the Part 2 meeting video fixed. Part 5 should be finished at some point today.

I should have the lastest version, but I think it might be more my web browser than Adobe.

Um... I noticed in the minutes that the mentioning of the staff badges wasn't in there. I'd point out what was said, but I can't remember, (which is why I was looking for it specifically).
