Title: "You know you're an Otaku When..."
Post by: Neko_Chan on February 25, 2005, 09:06:44 pm: I just thought of Jeff Foxworthy's 'You know yer a redneck when...' and I'm like 'Oh. I should post that in the fourms!'
So just put something like "You know you're an Otaku when; You throw your cat into the air hoping it will turn into a spaceship" (Tenchi Muyo)
And if you don't think people will regognize the series your talking about just put the name next to it or something...

It gets annoying sometimes, but it's funny.

some one tells you they'er getting married and you tell them to have a sailor moon theamed wedding she could be serina, he could be tuxedo mask, the bridsmaids would be sailor scouts, and they could be married by luna, (i actuly did this last week to a girl who was soooooo not an otaku, i think i scarred her a little) you make a big deal if a classmate has the same name as an anime character (also did this last week) if you read the "you might be an otaku" post and start thinking "hey i did all of those last week.."

You try to learn how to fight with any sort of object such as an umbrella, frying pan, telephone pole, bus, etc.

You expect multiple choice answers come up when you are talking to one of five possible girl/boyfriends.

(ps price of game worth it for the part of the end with cloud and aerith)
you think anime has better writing then most regular tv shows and the you thinkl the good tv shows would be better in anime form
