I suppose I could...I'll think about it. I'm still not quite sure yet... Thing that i really like about rumia is this from the touhou wiki page...
Rumia doesn't react well at all to sunlight and dislikes the heat of summer, taking shelter from both in her own personal field of darkness. However, even she is unable to see in the dark and bumps into things on a regular basis while wandering with no goal in mind.
xD she also eats humans!!! 8D

I found a black skirt in my closest that I think will work for Rumia, and if it does work, then all I need are the shoes, and a tie. I will put on what I have later and get pics. I found some ribbon that looks really good for her.

I know I have it though. That part broke like 2 months ago. and I fixed it (sorta) it just came off near the end of the day : <
