im gonna do ayame from inuyasha and hyatt from excel saga

Well, I cosplayed Naraku last year and am planning on wearing the costume again this year. I want my friend and I to cosplay Ropponmatsu with me.

Thats funny. Reminds me of how I get confused for a girl on the internet a lot myself....
Speaking of Inu Yasha, one of my club members placed a bid on a Inu Yasha cosplay on ebay. I'll have to find out if he won it though.

And pardon me but who's Ayame?
Ayame is a character that doesn't appear in the Inu Yasha manga, she's Anime only.
Shes a female wolf youkai who claims to be Kouga's fiancee. Ayame's grandfather is the leader of the Mountain Wolf's of the north. When they where younger, Kouga jokingly promised to marry Ayame. She, however, took it seriously. Kouga claims to not remember. However, a flashback later on reveals that he does, indeed, remember. He saved Ayame from the Birds of Paradise. He lied to her because he says his mission is to destroy Naraku (Which he believes will lead to his inevitable death), and wishes for her to forget him.
In an entirely obvious twist, at the end of it all, they show her saying she will never forget him, LOL.
I.....don't get out much.....
Sadly, this is really one of the few times the anime related information I spend time memorizing comes in handy.
Actually, its the only time, but, lets not get into how sad that really is.

I was considering cosplaying as Yura of the Hair, but I'd have no other cosplayers around,, but that wasn't gonna stop me, the fact of the cold open dress thing she wears WOULD stop me. lol But I love it.
I'll whip it up if I can find a good pic and cute Inuyasha to pet the hair of. hehehehehe

its no fair cause nobody knows who ayame is so i dont know why im cosplaying as her well actually i do its because i have red hair and thats the only character i know who has red hair!!!

I liked Yura Of The Hair. Sure, she was a bit psychotic, and had a hair fetish (Thats a given though, right?), but I thought she was pretty cool. Here power's are so so evil. :D
Though, I think it would be VERY cold wearing something like Yura's costume in Portland during a September.
Just thinking back to last year's con I still get a bit cold.

Actually Yura's costume would be more comfortable to wear in September here than say... early April in Seattle. It's still fairly nice here in September. More breathable than my costume anyway. :cry: And alot easier to play DDR in too.

Yeah, Yura is in episode four.
So, pausing it would help, I guess, to give a idea of what her costume looks like.
Her costume shouldn't be too hard, since...well, she doesn't wear alot anyways.

I went last year as Kagome, and we took some pictures with some of the other Kagome and Kikyous, it was interesting.
Although I can't believe I was mistaken as a sailor scout though, I'd thought most everybody knows about Inuyasha.
