The first general meeting for the 2009 con year will be held on Sunday, November 9, from 1pm-5pm at the PSU campus in the Smith Memorial Student Union building (the same building as Kumoricon Lite the weekend prior):

At this meeting we'll open staff registration for Kumoricon 2009.
General meetings are open to the public and intended for potential and current staff and volunteers. There will be department reports and news updates, and breaking into groups where people can meet and plan.

So are checks accepted for registration fees? I didn't see it anywhere on the site.

What will be going on at this meeting? I may have to take a pass given that there's a two-day thing going on that I need to hit in Tigard and I'll probably miss the first day in favor of Keep Portland Weird.

Gosh I'm glad I'll get paid that weekend, otherwise I might not have the ten bucks. My budget has been harsh on me lately.
Will the board be able to announce who they've appointed to the other 4 positions at this meeting? I want to start working with the Facilities Liaison as soon as they are assigned.

David and I are volunteering at WordStock at the Convention Center till 1:30 so we will be a little bit late, but we will allready be in Portland so we shouldnt be anymore than 45 min late or so. Its our volunteer weekend! Keep portland weird on sat, then book/reading convention sun and the meeting after. See ya'll there!

... a pizza party. Lol- j/k, but Jeff kinda already said. Staff reg is live, old buisiness and tying up loose ends with Kumori Con 2008 if need be and any old buisiness, then new buisiness and plans to get a great start on Kumori Con 2009!
Time to rally the troops!

The last part of the meeting actually has a corrupted file for some reason so I can't get it online.
The last section is everything after DancingTofu's suggestions of a live concert series. I will see if I can grab a couple parts to get as much as possible up.

Meeting went pretty well. By the way, I finally got around to having my foot looked at by a doctor and a fancy machine. Turns out it's only badly sprained, no fractures. Still waiting for confirmation of this from a radiologist though. :P

Jo and I hope to have the meeting minutes up by the end of the day, there is some debate as to what kind of format to make them viewable in, and what my webhost will and will not allow. In the meantime, if there's any questions, feel free to PM me.

Hey all, Wes here. I missed meeting (stupid working, who needs a job.<) So I have in my garage the AL suit from FMA. That was left at Kumori-Con Lite. I will be posting info all around. If you know who this belongs to. Please pm me on here. I want this out of my garage!!!! If this is not called on. I might burn it or send it to circle 7 of hell, or give it up to auction at kc-09 or something. But PLEASE contact me if u own this item, or you know who this belongs to.

The Al Suit was supposedly sold at kcon-lite, there was a girl who made it fixing it in the panel room when I left at six. I'm not sure who she sold it to.
