Thanks to some helpful encouragement (OH TOFU BABAY! <3) I've decided to cosplay as Fuu from Samurai Champloo! Is anyone else doing a Samurai Champloo cosplay in the future? I know tofutakeout is going as Yatsuha :3
We should have a meetup sometime. We could go eat something ;D

We should try and find a restaurant that sells dango. Eating while in Fuu cosplay would be awesome x3

fuu and yatsuha wrestle over the last peice in pics. :3 my friend that's doing marshmellow fuu thinks we should have this crazy alternating thing where we have you be hungry then you go ad eat and then all of sudden she appears. X3 I think it'd be funny to do once.

What exactly happens in the show besides that?

Ummm...I've only seen a few episodes but the main thing is that Fuu asked them(Mugen and Jin) to assist her in finding her "Sunflower Samurai" which nobody believes exists except for her, pretty much. Alot of stuff happens. What I've seen is hilarious though.

Basically, you try to gulp down a bowl of super hot ramen as fast as possible. If you score the fastest time in your group you move on to the next round. also a smart thing to do is not eat anything before hand.
[read on fellow friends] btw this was for last year so it's not completely accurate but it still gives the basic idea.

started practicing for the firebowl ramen contest.......everyone thought I was crazy. XD then I started acting crazy and kept saying I was a ninja and I needed to practice jumping in trees.....I swear to god yatsuha's getting to my head. I even kept thinking about mugen alot.

But more importantly, is true, Mugen and Inuyasha have too much in common. Both have egos and tempers bigger than Tokyo. Only difference is that Inuyasha has a changing-to-bigger sword and Mugen has a higher dexterity, like a score of 18 ;). At the same time Inuyasha cares too much about issues, while Mugen plays it cool and cares very little about anything most of the time. Though Miroku and Jin would fit together, and Fuu and Kagome would fit so well that the guys wouldn't even know what they're talking about. The only violence spark would be if Miroku tried to ask Fuu his famous question.

I am almost done with my yatsuha cosplay. ALMOST DONE. 8D I'm so freaking excited! And my friend is maybe half way done with her marshmallow fuu cosplay. I'm really getting on her case about it since con is only 3 months, 3 weeks, and 3 days away. LOL She has quite a bit to do as well.
