Title: Artist Alley Tables
Post by: Bunny_Mae on January 14, 2005, 12:44:13 pm
How are the artist alley tables being worked this year? Are the people whom are selling their art suppose to man their tables? Or will there be people posted to man them for us? Does anybody have any idea yet? Thanks!

Thank you! You are the first person to reply! Of course if no one knows the answer and since last months meeting was pretty much cancelled, no one might know anything about it.
But thank you so much! It's nice to be replyed to!

Artist Alley tables are supposed to be staffed by the artists, or someone that they specify.  Unless you take down all your stuff when you're gone.  Basically Kumoricon cannot be liable for your merchandise if you are not with it, we do lock up the exhibitor's room at night, and provide some security in the dealers room to keep an eye on shoplifters, but that's the extent of our protection, we cannot staff tables for artists.

Yes, I spoke with Eric Teitzel, and I will be the first one to pay for an artists table. He said, that I am the first one to confirm everything, so yeah, my check is going into the mail on monday morning. *gets all excited*
