I may try being Kincho Daimyoujin the Sixth, a tanuki from Pom Poko. I am trying to get my wife to go as Fireball Oroku, also from Pom Poko. I think the two of us together would be fun. I do have a ST-TNG uniform ( 2nd season red-command) with Lt. Commander rank pips on the collar. It is made from wool gabardine, dry clean only, and custom (my wife made it for me from a pattern I purchased). I can still remember the time it actually fit me. I feel as if people have just rubbed it in my face, that this'll be my first con...>>Everyone starts somewhere! ;]
I'll stick with my SN but it can be shortened to R-Man29 joined wanting to get some help with a fanfiction and find something else to do with my time. I am considering going up to the convention(I live in Eugene) but I'm not a good people-person, I try to suppress my ego so much that's it's made me a negative person with a fractured mind. Currently I support Megatron and the Decepticon army but mostly I'm just out to have fun. I did post on a few other sites I know but haven't gotten any feedback, I will add that it does have a sex seen but it's real brief, it's mostly violent with language. I just find most things to have a happy ending annoying. I play the Pokemon TCG a lot but with the new rules and the local head judge that I find a total jerk I don't plan on playing much longer. I do have a long list of all my interests but at the top are Pokemon, One Piece, and Gargoyles.
Er, um...hello. This is Animeman73 greetings all of you. While I've been attending the con for a few years this is my first time ever posting :-[. Well a little about myself, well for starters since I'm a person of honesty I'll not lie here, I am an adult. I've been an anime fan for many years and have only just recently started really entering the world of the anime fan. I'm legally blind and have been all my life. I'm also a black belt in Taekwondo. As a matter of fact my school is going to be having a demonstration at the con and we're putting the the final touches on what we're going to do and it's a real killer of a performance :-X. Well in terms of anime I'm a big fan of Yu-Gi-Oh and GX as well as Trigun. I'm also big into Outlaw Star. Whenever I can I watch the Saturday Night anime on Adult Swim and Ani-Monday on Syfy ;D. I'm also an aspiring writer of science fiction and fantasy and hope to one day have my work turned into books, movies T.V. and of course manga and anime. Well does that suffice in terms of info :D?

My experience DancingTofu with dragons is never go up against them unless you either have a handy footman's dragonlance or some nice dragon killing magical weapons laying around.I find that I can take on most dragons pretty easily once I get an Akantor Bow, Glorious Victory, Blushing Dame, Azure Dragonsword, or Eternal Schism. Any of those are easy dragonkillers. Smoulder Dragonsword and Gun Chariot are popular as well, but Smoulder only works with Naruga armour and Gun Chariot is too slow now that they nerfed the up-poke.

Well, If you live in Eugene you have to come to Anime Friday (I think it is now a requirement, kidding) But seriously, contact me and try coming by and joining the ever growing group of anime buffs that view anime at my place every Friday night at 7:00pm. I have TONS of stuff and can guarantee that there will be something you will like. PM me for more info. Cosplay is welcome, but not required. Bring your own snacks please. If taking the bus it is LTD bus #40. I live in the Bethel/Danebo area of Eugene. I'm rather embarrassed considering how long I've been on the internet, but never talked on a forum before (especially odd since I'm on DA 24/7).I don't have a favorite anime/manga/game/book/movie, but I love Kazuya Minekura's art, Shadow of the Colossus is a dream and I have the worst weakness for parodies. I am hoping this year to be both Lithuania from APH and Leonardo Da Vinci from Assassin's Creed. I will be partnering up with a friend who will go to Kumoricon for her first time, and I really hope she gets as wonderful as an experience like I had with this con.

Don't worry, i doubt your cosplays will be THAT bad. and if they are, there will be plenty of bad cosplayers to blend in with and if there is'nt you can buy a cosplay there for like $30 and if you can't, well, theres plenty of dark corners to hide in! ;DYa, there will be plenty of dark corners to hide in, all filled with cosplayers however. Sitting down helps, no one notices the job on the cosplay when its all wrinkled or in odd positions from sitting.
