I don't really know if I should post this here, but here goes.
I just ordered some cosplay costumes on the internet, but they end up being way too big for me, I wonder where I can go to get them fixed? Perferably in my area (Vancouver)
If anybody knows any information about it, pleast reply here or pm me, I really would appreciate your help!

I'd just look up tailors in the phone book and call around if you don't know anyone personally. Most are willing to make alterations for somewhat reasonable rates.

Do either of your parents sew at all? It sounds like the seams need to be taken in a little bit. I'd agree with Irnogs, though, if you don't know anyone that can help you, look up some tailors in the phone book. It isn't TOO expensive (some times!) to get simple alterations done.

I have Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket, and Yuzuki from Chobits
I need to make a long a alteration on the Tohru outfit.

Thank you, they are my favorite too^^ I hope I can get them fix in time, more importantly I hope I can pull it off cosplaying them.
