Who wants to have a Pokémon photo shoot next year? I mean, the con this year was lousy with trainers and pokémon alike, so we have to channel that *somewhere*.
I'll toss my hat in the ring first--I fully intend to bring back Kaede to '09.
Trainers:
-Kaede (Blackjack Gabbiani)
-James (The Night Bringer)
Pokémon:
-Ludicolo or Shuckle (QElderHell)
-Mudkip (katayamadono)
-Vaporeon (Catmegan)
-"a secret pokémon" (anime_gurl_123)
Misc:

If I end up going, I may have created my Mudkip cosplay by then.

Id love to do a pokemon cosplay, id probably do some form of Seel, or Azumarill or something ^_^ ill think about it XD

Next year I'm hoping to cosplay a banette or something. A photoshoot sounds fun! ^_^
There were several trainers and 'mon at the con this year, right? My cousins were trying to buy some pokeballs from the shops to throw at the pokemon cosplayers to see what they'd do. XD
Thankfully no one was selling any lol.

I was chillin with some friends of yours (Ashley, Maddie, Zoe Etc.) but as far as I know we never saw you v.v I was excited to see Vaporeon >.<
As for Pkmn cosplay next year, im seriously considering Ludicolo or Shuckle. Ill have my mind made up in a couple months.

Ludicolo would rock, but if you came as Shuckle you'd totally have to offer people fruit juice. Because that episode was MESSED UP.
(if any of you missed that one, Team Rocket drank juice from the shell of a purple Shuckle and became irresistable to pokemon. Shuckles chased Jesse around and waved their tentacles while Meowth had his way with James. No, I'm not making any of this up, and yes it was dubbed. Uncut, I might add.)

Im down with that. I'll bring My James costume from this year for a photoshoot next year for sure! I was really bummed that there wasn't one this year what with the crap ton of pokemon characters wandering about and all. In fact I was surprised by how many there were. Not only trainers and pokemon, but even Lots of rocket members both the Generic Rockets and the Jessie and James sorts (Well, one Jessie and three James,lol) Even an officer Jenny! We should have all gathered and had an unofficial one this year, lol. But next year I am definitely in!

So I feel like I should toss out a topic. Which characters/pokemon/etc do you most WANT to see cosplayed? Because if I saw someone walkin' around as the Iron Mask Marauder from movie 4, I'd have to take a crapload of pictures because that outfit is made of awesome.
I also want to see a Team Leader battle. And not just the main Teams either, but the minor ones like Great Rocket, Skull, Meanies, and the GC ones too. KNOCK DOWN DRAG OUT FIGHT.

It would really make my day if someone Cosplayed Sabrina. Creepy doll and all. She was my favorite Gym Leader. <3

I used to cosplay Sabrina with that thing. I've had that doll since 1987 too.

That doll looks less sinister than Sabrinas doll, but that is a very nice doll. When put together with a Sabrina costume I am sure its pretty convincing. :)

I've got an idea for one, but we'll see how it goes. Depends on what other cosplay ideas I come up with between now and then.
I'd love to see someone as a Magma grunt. I love those guy's outfits. :D

Depending on what I'm doing staffwise, I might be able to bring Xatu again. :D After I've made some changes to make it more reconizable.

I'm planning on making a bulbasaur costume 83 like an actual-size one where I'll have to be down on my hands whenever I'm in it xD I /hope/ I'll be able to actually make it, at least... *usually procrastinates too much on her costumes*

I can only hope me and my friends can get our act together and start working on our eevee evolutions. I got two friends wanting to do it, and the rest are EXTREMELY lazy(but they want to dress up on of the pokemans). But I may just be able to get my Umbreon thing done in time for con. If I feel like it will be worth the trouble, then I will make the other eevee evolutions and see if my other friends will go for it (some are more enthusiastic than others).

Well this is really stupid. It turns out that posts can only be edited for a month and then they can't be any more. So that means either we have to make a new thread every single month for a year, or we have to keep posting a full list of who's coming as what.
Man, what stupid programming.

For the purposes of my list, can you guys say what kinds of costumes you'll be doing? Like if you're coming as a Pikachu, are you being a pika-girl/boy or are you wearing a mascot costume or what.

How many are coming as HUMANS? Ya gotta have humans...unless it's Mystery Dungeon (although there you have humans that've been turned into pokemon) or some chapters of PokeWake or Magical Pokemon Journey. Or some of the gag comics.
I want to have a movie bad guy brawl. Forgiving that, at least a Team Leader brawl. As many Team Leaders as we can cram into one place. And there's a lot of Team Leaders.
Bear in mind some are, in fact, pokemon.
And the more manga characters, the better. If anyone can actually pull off Mask of Ice, I will love you. And if anyone ANYONE comes as anyone from the aforementioned Magical Pokemon Journey, I will love you FOREVER. And I don't want to be the only PokeWake cosplayer ever...I saw a kimono Erika this year and that was VERY LOVELY...but she'd never heard of PokeWake and was cosplaying game version...so sad. But I got a nice picture anyway.
