Does anyone know a where I can buy a pre-made cosplay outfit besides e-bay? =3

maybe if you can find some way to import them from Japan.  I heard they manufacture many cosplay costumes over there.

i've found a great cosplay shoppe on the internet, but each costume costs about $600 or more ;;

Try going to cosplay.com .  A lot of costumers take commissions.

I make wooden weapons and such. I am not the best but there are some nifty things with electronics...

If you wear a small size, cosmates.com out of Japan has a good selection of low priced items and if you select something in stock (you have to email) the shipping is very fast.  It used to be all low priced stuff, but they've added in expensive stuff lately.
