Hey K-staff,
I need a ride to the "The next Kumoricon staff meeting in Eugene will be Thursday, Sept. 16th, at 6:30 in the Allen Hall meeting room."
If you can manage picking me up anywhere outside the Marriott, which I can get to easily, by the way, then I would appreciate it. I can also meet as far as downtown Portland, Lloyd Center, basically anyway within the YELLOW FREE ZONE. I wouldn't like to waste anyone's time who's not a member, because Eugene IS about 80 miles away, between 1-2 hours drive, closer to two hours, unless I'm dramatically overshooting the distance.
I'll also post this in the Main General Forum, if that's where something like this should go, to be on the better side.

I understand that, I am at about the half way mark (Salem) and would also be intersted in a ride if anyone from the portland area is going and has a open seat.

ah ha I get off at 3 thursday So I will be able to attend. I will be driving from vnacouver WA (just across the river for portland) and could possibly give rides. PM me with requests.
PS. Donations to my gas fund though not required would be much appreciated.

Again, check the news page of the site. There is a Portland meeting going on at the same time at the con chair's appartment, so you don't have to travel all the way to Eugene for this one. Not that we wouldn't love to have you... this is just to save you a trip. We'll be in touch by phone for some of the meetings.

*cries* and here i am working at the time of the meeting. (if only a weekend day) oh well :) ill be there in spirit LOL (count me in on volenteer security next con)

I can attend the meeting at the con chairs apt. as long as I get a ride there.. I live in Portland but I don't have alot of spare time to spend an hour on 2 diffrent buses .5 mile walk. :roll:

Yeah, it appears I changed my mind, and am going along with someone named Minase, KH-Cloud, from his place, Gresham, to pick me up, Portland, and go to Tigard. Portland area, pffft, go figure...
