Will people be able to snipe in? I have a housewarming to go to that day in Portland :-\
-
We are trying for internet availability for the meeting, and contingient on that opening up a Skype session. This is the first meeting here, so we may need a little set up time.
The up side is that Borderlands is more than happy to host our meetings in the area and has an anime viewing night every Thursday!

Ah, well, I work Sundays. Gosh darn needing a paycheck, anyways :). See you all at the retreat in April, maybe.

Augh. D: This week has been insane for me, and I really wanted to go but only found out yesterday (amidst getting my things back from Portland, that was fun) that I'd be able to go, so now I don't even have a ride. T_T I'm looking, but if not, does anyone know how the Skype meeting thing is gonna work if they can get it set up? I hardly use Skype as it is.

OMG!!! I live in salem ^-^ cool something is happening near me and I was planning on cosplaying in the mall or something sometime soon too... I'm only 15 though so I cant volunteer or anything but if I decide to take my cosplay out to the mall then I might see if I can say hi if its allowed since I'm not a staff member or old enough to volunteer... Just an EXTREAMLY bored person
-
Its a general meeting, so anyone can attend just to find out what's up with the Kumoricon news. ^^
-
you can be a volunteer you just can't be staff check out the volunteer sign up thread

Either they didn't ever close, just moved and you didn't know it, or they re-opened later. (I'm pretty sure they never closed though.)

It probably would have been good if I could have reserved a private room at a library or something. We can't Skype in a public place since it's too loud. Unless we all have blue tooth or something (I've never used before). I can't host Skype-group at my house since I have to leave half way through meeting.... will continue this in the skype thread I started.

Hi all, sorry I got there late, but with everything going on in Tibet, we had to do special prayers at our meditation center....I can't believe how awesome Rock Band is!!! You know Programming's band will totally trump all at the Retreat! Would be there but will be at Dzogchen Retreat (long story).....well thanks for all the post-meeting hob-knobbing and fun
Yours truly
