Title: Poring hats

I saw some RO Poring hats for sale at the mini-con and at the actual con. Does anyone know who makes them and if they have a website. I wanted to buy some for my roommates for Christmas.

I believe I know who you're talking about.  They're a local cosplay commissioner in the Beaverton area that I can't remember the name of for the life of me.  I'm not sure if their website is still up though.  I do know someone that have their contact info so I can pass it along once I get it.
