I want to swing by Friday and help set up. Do you need me? And if so, what time should I come?

I'll be there around 3pm if you want to catch me, we'll be doing setup, and starting prereg check ins at 7pm

Ah, people ARE coming in earlier than 7PM. Cool, I was wondering wheather or not if I should come in early or not. Expect me to come around that time as well. Since I have no work on Friday. :D

i could come by and help set up around three as-well... if you need the extra help... i was going to head down on friday anyways to make sure i knew where the hotel was... if you dont need my help though... its ok to lemme know... :oops:

If you're coming into Portland from the south, the hotel is super easy to find. Know where Waterfront Park is? It's across the street from the southernmost part of the park.

actually i just moved here so i kinda know how to get there... when i say find... i really me go there and make sure i dont get lost doing it... i live a stones throw away from hawthorne blvd accross the bridge (away from down town :( ) so i just need to ride bus 14 over the hawthorne bridge and that takes me to 3rd and main i think... either way its the first stop after the bridge... i just need to know that phisically not mentally...
does that make sense?

I don't know, I couldn't tell you bus routes to save my life. All I know is it's on Naito Parkway, across from the park, a few blocks south of Saturday Market.

I'm coming in Friday, aswell. Three and a half hour drive from my place (whee!!).
Good thing I have loads of CD's....
Anywho, If I am not too tired and get checked in around threeish or fourish, I could come down and offer some help.
Being a big person, I am pretty strong, so if ya need some extra muscle, go ahead and let me know.

I should be headin down around five pm to help with setup, and get a good feel for the Hotel (I'm not staying in the Mariott, sorry ^.^; ).
So if you see me counting steps, or making mental notes, I'm just getting a good feel for the floor layout, I'm not actually planning anything! ^.^

Speaking of Goodies Sailornaboo, I think I have acoupla thing I might be able to donate to the convention as nifty prizes. Who would I talk to about that?
