Title: About the guest dinner
Post by: PaladinCecil79 on August 14, 2007, 02:11:00 pm
I was looking around the site and didn't find much information about the guest dinner. Regarding it, I was wondering, is VIP registering the only way you can get admission to it or can non-VIP registered attendees also get admission to it? If non-VIP attendees can get admission, how they do it, how much does it cost and is admission still available for it?

Okay. I'd like to try to get one of those. I like attending guest receptions.

I suggest emailing the con chair or (today especially) guspasho.

This is correct. You can attend the VIP dinner for $50 or buy a VIP ticket at con. There are only 5 seats available for sale, and 5 dinner tokens available by upgrading to VIP status/ registering as a VIP. I'll get more information up soon.

Wow. It's a good thing I plan on showing up early for the con.

What will be served?  I have dietary restrictions that I need to take into consideration and I still haven't seen anything about the food (or if only the guests, not the ticket holders, are getting fed).

Everyone will be served dinner. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to comment on the menu though, you'll have to wait for Meg on that.
