Post by: pieisexactlythree on August 02, 2007, 09:51:42 am
Did you guys all hear the report on Morning Edition today?  NPR reported on the AMV contest at Otacon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otakon)!  Here's the link, for those who missed it! (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=12442246)

On the whole, the story portrayed us fanboys in a pretty positive light.  Just think what they'd have said if the reporter had sat in on the (wildly popular) 4chan pannel at Otacon!

O_O  That would be horrible! XD  Remember that one thing about how they thought people on 4chan were planning a terroist attack but they were just kidding around? LOL
I gotta listen to this, I will after I finish up with Pandora!

That's pretty cool that they had that on NPR. Thank actually kind of surprises me. They usually only go with more pressing new.

Heh, obviously you've never listened to Car Talk (http://www.cartalk.com/) on saturday morning.
