Last year, I'd been planning on going to Kumori-con as Akutagawa Jirou, only my plans changed when I got invited to go to Japan at the same time. :?
I'm going as Jirou this year, for sure! So, my question is, is anyone else going as a tenipuri character? Seigaku is awesome, as always, but Hyoutei would be beyond awesome~ <3
Any of the teams, actually! I'm still kind of trying to pull myself away from buying a seiru costume and going as Jirou AND Yuuta. Alas, my poor wallet is too skinny already.
Anyway, my point; tenipuri cosplay, anyone? We could get together for a photoshoot, or something. :wink:

i'm thinking about cosplaying ryoma - but i'm still wondering if i should get the uniform together myself (using paint on a white polo) or if i should buy those expensive ones online.
anyhoo, i think any tenipuri cosplay would be awesome too.
i only spotted 2 tenipuri cosplayers last year, i hope i see more this year!

Well, QQCosplay (http://http://www.qqcosplay.com/PTN/ptnsgkble.htm) has them for about $90, I think, though that's probably who you were talking about being expensive, right?

xD Yay, I'm going as Jirou too. I might have a Ryou with me who would carry me around while I'm sleeping...but I'm not counting on it. Either way, I'm going to be the Jirou who is sleeping on the back of random cosplayers...

Provided costumes are ready on time, I am going with a small-ish Prince of Tennis group. Myself and my best friend as the Kisarazu twins, another girl as Kirihara, and our final group member going as Niou and a Higa player on different days.
Will we be arranging a photoshoot of some kind? Or will it just be a hit-or-miss thing-?

I might be wandering around in my Nanjiro cosplay, complete with super old wooden racket. Seriously, I think my mom used this one in High School.

I think we should maybe try or something...we arranged a photoshoot at Sakura Con and although we didn't get a lot of replys on the thread, a whole lot of people came =]
Oh yes, we have an Atobe at the con too since one of my friends can go now
