Is any one Silent Hill Cosplaying?

I didn't plan to, though the idea has been in my head since I saw that Pyramidhead last year. Made me giggle like a giddy child when they see Santa. ^_^ If anyone, I'd go as Pyramidhead.

I'm afraid to. I'm a 30 year old salaryman with no connections in the anime fandom community. I'll just show up with my SLR and document. If I could, though, I'd do the Haibane Renmei communicator.

Sadly there aren't too many budget effective costumes. There are the nurses, pyramid head or any of the lame human main characters. All the others would take alot of time and money to make. I'll pass on silent hill, but I do love all the silent hill cosplayers I see. <3

We've had Silent Hill Cosplayers in the past but I don't know if they're going to do those again this year.

You know what we need? We need enough Pyramid heads that we can do a good Can-Can dance.
That'd be awesome.
I've always wanted to make a Silent Hill costume, maybe this will be the year....

Hey everyone, I'm thinking about puting together a novelty Pyramid Head costume and I'm trying to figure out what his feet look like. Does he wear boots? Are they wrapped up in bandages? I can't find a good drawing of him and the movie version isn't quite accurate.
If we can't find any good feet then i'll just improvise.
Anybody have ideas for making a manequin-leg-monster prop? I don't know of any mannequin sellers in Portland after all and I think that'd be an awesome accessory.
Edit: Quick Googling answered my questions. I found out that mannequins are really expensive! I think that the parts might be worth it if I do it right.
Also, Pyramid head wears galoshes!

I really wanted to cosplay something silent Hill, but with my appperance, I'd have to do PH or a nurse, and that's a little to expensive, and difficult (this will be my first time at a convention).But I want to meet a Heather and PH, and James.

I found a wiggling rubber hand at the dollar store for $3. Once in a great while I see a manequin parts or a wooden leg at goodwill. Ohhhh a friend has a Basket of "Hero Hands", they are real looking latex molded hands cast off a famious persons hand for some movie purpose but they have no labels so we have no idea who's they are
