Title: kumoricon mascot contest 2007

can someone tell me how/where to send in an entry to the 2007 kumoricon mascot contest?  is it the same reqs as 2006 a chibi and adult version?  I can't seem to find the info....

I don't immediately know offhand where the info is either, but you should be able to email your submission to the Publicity Director at publicity@kumoricon.org
